Policies  Products: All services require full payment. No return, exchange or refunds. Appointment cancellation:  Services can be rescheduled online or contact 901-319-7777.All full payments and deposits of our appointments, packages, yoni parties, auto-pays, and gift certificates are non refundable but is  transferable to other clients, if requested. For  No call / No Show:  By booking services, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service value should you miss your visit without proper notification. But You can always  reschedule.
